Sales Programs Development Manager в Kaspersky Lab

The role of Sales Programs Development Manager is a part of Kaspersky Sales Academy team. This position will be responsible for the design and delivery of complex sales training programs and certifications (consisting of both classroom and online training) to enable internal (Kaspersky Lab) and external (Channel) sales teams on sales processes, policies, methodologies, KL product portfolio and competitors, and improve sales qualification through sales skills development. Reporting to the Head of Sales Academy, this person will be integral with the roll-out of new sales processes, sales enablement, new hire training and continuing education.



  1. Identify, understand and prioritize learning needs with various stakeholders
  2. Develop learning curriculum, training formats and plans to ensure sufficient level of qualification for different sales role within Kaspersky Lab
  3. Use a variety of training formats to ensure maximum delivery effectiveness including individual or small group instruction, self-study, simulation and role play exercises, online training, webinars, video conferencing, etc
  4. Collaborate with middle-management and HR Business Partners to identify target audience of sales training programs and enroll them
  5. Coordinate the process of sales training program design
  6. Collaborate with various Kaspersky Lab departments to ensure the timely delivery and execution of training programs, materials and initiatives
  7. Search and partner with external training providers to fill the gaps in training content
  8. Collaborate with Kaspersky Sales Academy team members to ensure smooth process of training programs design and delivery
  9. Establish KPIs to access the efficiency of sales programs and control over their dynamics to adjust learning curriculum and respective courses accordingly
  10. Act as an expert in sales training and be updated on latest market practices
  11. Organize Face-to-Face training activities with responsible Kaspersky Lab departments
  12. Maintain training supplies and resources, including IT needs, catering, classroom and printed materials



  1. Fluent English
  2. Familiarity with sales methodologies and core sales processes
  3. 2-5 years of training experience delivering content for IT industry sales
  4. 5-7 years of working experience with / within sales functions
  5. Project Management skills. The ability to manage several projects simultaneously with minimal supervision and thrive both on own initiative and as a part of the team
  6. Personable and approachable, with enthusiastic and motivational nature and an overall passion for excellence. Innovative, creative, thinking forward
  7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, facilitation skills, high EQ. Proactive and highly organized, with strong time management and planning skills, able to deliver clear and concise ideas to internal and external stakeholders
  8. Able to travel up to 25% of the time, including international travel
  9. Previous sales representative experience is preferable, but not a strict requirement
