Department Assistant в  Abbott 

Main responsibilities:

  1. Corporate functional teams 360° administrative support and coordination (GA, PA, OEC)
  2. Government and Public affairs projects support
  3. Enabling compliant document workflow, including operating corporate online systems
  4. Meetings and event support
  5. Suppliers and partners coordination
  6. Monitoring status of payments and budget reconciliation
  7. Document translation, writing, editing support
  8. Travel arrangements (tickets, hotel, visas, taxi, etc.) and expense reporting
  9. Visitors travel and meeting support

Successful profile:

  1. Administrative experience in a multinational company 3+ years
  2. Higher education
  3. Advanced English
  4. Advanced PC user, including advanced MS Office skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  5. Travel and meeting support is a plus
  6. Experienced in support of budgeting and reconciliation
  7. Experienced in operating automated organizational systems (e.g. SAP, Directum, etc.)
  8. Good translation and writing skill, ability to make official correspondence and English-Russian translation adaptation
  9. Event management experience is a plus
  10. Good communicator and team player
  11. Responsible and accountable for the result
  12. Attention to details and ability to multitask with high efficiency
  13. Disciplined and well organized
